Our COVID Safety Policies
When you arrive for your appointment, just give us a call to let us know you’re here. Our safe and convenient curbside service is still available, so tell us when you call if you would prefer to wait in your car while we examine your pet.
Please note these additional updates to our process:
- One person per pet will be allowed in the building.
- Everyone in the building will be required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
- Our lobby remains closed; no waiting inside.
- If you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus or are feeling ill,
please reschedule your appointment.
