We have made some changes in how we care for you and your pets during this difficult time. We are adopting a concierge approach at Acton Animal Hospital to prevent the potential community spread of COVID-19 and to protect our team members. We are only allowing our patients (your pets) inside our hospital until further notice.
Clients are asked to pull into our parking lot and call us at (978)263-7477. Someone will come out to greet the patient. Once their pet is in the hospital, the doctor or technician will update your client on the pet’s condition and the recommended care plan. We will then take payment over the phone as well.
If you need a medication or food refill, we will collect your payment over the phone and then leave the products for you or bring them out to the car if needed when you get here.
In addition, we will be open from 8:30 am- 6 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:30 am-1 pm on Saturdays until further notice.
The health and safety of our clients, patients, and team members is the top priority for us, and we ask for your support and understanding of these measures.
